Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Transaction fees (if any) charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
Date changes are allowed once at no cost if requested at least 5 days before check-in, subject to availability.
Shortening the stay after check-in is considered a partial cancellation and is not refundable.
We may offer flexible terms for cancellations due to emergencies, travel restrictions, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
